Joanna Botley

Joanna read Law at Reading before joining Ashley Wilson Solicitors in 2004.

Whilst completing her training at Ashley Wilson Solicitors Joanna attended the College of Law to study the Legal Practice Course on a part-time basis before qualifying as a Solicitor in 2007 and becoming a Member of the LLP in 2009.

Joanna is currently well on her way to securing her "STEP" diploma and now has experience in wills and estate administration to add to her expertise in non-contentious property work of all types. She is able to offer a fast and proficient conveyancing service to both individuals and companies. She is able to assist with sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity,commercial property leases, residential lease extension, the right to manage and the collective purchase / enfranchisement by long lessees of their freehold.

She also has a thorough knowledge and understanding of the law of adverse possession for both registered and unregistered land and has experience in advising and acting for landlord and tenants in 'right of first refusal' cases under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987.

In her spare time she enjoys running and travelling and completed  the Berlin Marathon in 2008 in a very respectable time. She really does go" the extra mile ".. in more ways than one...
