Jonathan Woodroffe

Jonathan Woodroffe read Geography at Manchester before attending the College of Law qualifying as a Solicitor in 1996.

He joined Ashley Wilson Solicitors in 2001 specialising initially in residential property. He has since developed substantial commercial property experience and now specialises in residential and commercial transactions of all types.

Jonathan acts for a number of companies and individuals specialising in development of land and site acquisition and has built up a client base stretching from Yorkshire through to Devon. Having qualified in Somerset he has a good understanding of unregistered land. This expertise coupled with all his experience in the development sector of the property market and his excellent communication skills have led him to be a valuable member of our team and an extremely popular solicitor with clients.   His client base indicates a number of well known celebrities in the sports and media industries.

As a hobby Jonathan also keeps up to date with changes in consumer law and from time to time participates in radio broadcasts on this subject.
