Shelia Rowland

Sheila qualified in 1976. She now specialises in Wills and estate administration and probate including the settlement of contentious claims.   She has a substantial knowledge of the entire range of residential and commercial property related issues and she is extremely popular with our international clients.  She is also particularly adept at fast and efficient probate and estate administration. She also offers specialist wills advice including non- domicile and overseas assets and jurisidictional advice.

She formed a partnership with Rosalind Mackworth (Mackworth Rowland) in 1983 which continued until September 2005 when they joined forces with Ashley Wilson.

Sheila has a substantial following of private clients in the UK and a number of other countries including private company clients and believes in going the extra mile to achieve a satisfactory result.

Sheila was Honorary Legal Adviser to the Chelsea Citizens Advice Bureau for 25 years having previously trained and worked as a volunteer with the Bureau where she acquired a good working knowledge of Landlord & Tenant Law, employment law, consumer law and minor negligence cases and is at ease with all sections of the community.

Between 1987 and 1992 she was a director of a Scottish premier league football club and has sat on the board of trustees of two charities.
