The commercial property team at Ashley Wilson has been involved in site acquisition and site assembly for many years.

The most well known acquisition related to the assembly of various leasehold and sub-leasehold and shareholders interests in a company known as “Ilford Pioneer Market”.

Planning permission was subsequently obtained for a twin tower development of 31 storeys accompanied by the headline in the Ilford Recorder “skyscraper of 31 storeys to change Ilford skyline”.
