Fee Guidelines

The fee guidelines for the provision of Wills, Declarations of Trust and advice in relation to Probate and estate administration are set out in the downloadable Microsoft Word document below and are subject to review on the 1st April each year.

Please note that we do NOT charge a value element for probate related work. Our hourly rate charges apply only and estimates are provided which are subject to periodic review to keep clients fully informed.
